The Sixty Crickets isn’t just about solving life’s problems through the mind and soul. A huge part of what I learned on the morning of my 14th birthday was how to use my body to deflect obstacles that had every intention of entering my button and digging belly-deep till I cried. In that case I went offensive. And so should you if that happens to you too.
